We are a boutique dental practice. Forma concentrates on non invasive dentistry. We provide Invisalign to straighten teeth because we do not want to take out teeth or provide unsightly metal braces.

In our hands Invisalign works perfectly for our patients. 

Cosmetic smile makeovers are limited to replacing existing metal/porcelain crowns/veneers with the latest Emax porcelain crowns/veneers. They look natural, bright and lively.

For all other patients that are not happy with their teeth, we advise that Invisalign will help improve their smile without damaging the teeth.

If you have a missing tooth, then we recommend Dental Implants instead of cutting down adjacent teeth to provide a bridge.

Dr Raj Kumar is a great listener and gives advice based on your needs. Consultations are usually 1 hour long and all your questions are answered.

Do we offer a premium because of our address? Well we do not offer Harley St prices, but we do offer Harley St advice.
